Abstract:
In the present invention, a steel strip 1 is moved through a communication part between a first treatment part and a second treatment part accommodating atmospheric gases having different compositions, and when doing so, a seal part suppresses movement of the atmospheric gases through the communication part. The atmospheric gases in the communication part are blown from blowing parts to the steel strip in a direction from the first treatment part to the second treatment part and are circulated between the blowing parts and suction parts, which suck the atmospheric gases at a position downstream of the blowing parts. In addition, the amount of the atmospheric gases to be exhausted from a seal-part exhaust pipe and the amount of the atmospheric gases, in the communication part closer to the second treatment part than to the seal part, to be exhausted from a communication-part exhaust pipe are adjusted.
