Abstract:
A treatment process for making sludge harmless through self-sustaining balanced incineration is provided. The process uses a sludge transfer pump to pump sludge with a water content of 80-98% into a filter press for dehydrating to reduce the water content of the sludge to below 70%, transfers the sludge with the water content reduced to below 70% to a fluidized bed dryer for drying to bring the water content of the sludge below 35%, crushes the sludge with water content below 35% and transfers the crushed sludge into an incinerator with a temperature higher than 850°C for burning. The heat generated during burning is transferred to the fluidized bed dryer for drying the sludge, so as to enable the sludge to undergo self-sustaining balanced incineration in the incinerator, genuinely making the sludge harmless in a low energy consumption manner.
