Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of metallurgical solid waste treatment, and relates to a treatment process of zinc-containing dust sludge solid waste. The treatment process of the zinc-containing dust sludge solid waste comprises: first perform classifying and planning on zinc-containing dust sludge generated in a production process of a metallurgical enterprise, specifically, the zinc-containing dust sludge with the zinc content greater than or equal to 5% is subjected to a hydrometallurgical treatment process, the zinc-containing dust sludge with the zinc content less than 5% is subjected to a pyrometallurgical treatment process, residues generated by the hydrometallurgical treatment process is subjected to the pyrometallurgical treatment process again, and secondary zinc oxide powder (with the zinc oxide content less than or equal to 60%) generated by the pyrometallurgical treatment process is subjected to the hydrometallurgical treatment process again. By classifying and planning original zinc-containing dust sludge, the hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical joint treatment is separately adopted according to different levels of zinc content so that the overall planning can be performed; and meanwhile, unserviceable products or low-value products of the hydrometallurgical method and the pyrometallurgical method are subjected to cross-joint deep-level treatment, so that complementation is achieved, the zinc-containing dust sludge waste of the metallurgical enterprise is more reasonably treated, and greater economic benefits are achieved at the same time.
