Abstract:
The treatment system (1) comprises, at the distal end of a tube-shaped sheath main body (5) having a long axis, a guide sheath (4) having a pre-curved section (6) that has been bent beforehand in a direction intersecting the long axis, and an over-tube (2) having a first lumen (3) wherethrough the guide sheath (4) passes, and a second lumen (9) wherethrough an endoscope (12) passes. The cross-sectional shape of the inner peripheral surface demarcating the first lumen (3) has a shape allowing the guide sheath (4) to be accommodated in a state wherein the pre-curved section (6) remains bent.
