Abstract:
The present application provides a triangulation-based nodule positioning method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring a thin-layer CT image of a patient, and constructing, on the basis of the thin-layer CT image, a three-dimensional digital model of a target part of the patient; determining a projection point of a nodule in a target triangulation area and three corresponding target anatomical mark points of the target triangulation area; determining, on the basis of the projection point of the nodule and the three target anatomical mark points, distances between an actual position of the nodule and the three target anatomical mark points; and determining, on the basis of three actual mark points corresponding to the three target anatomical mark points and the three distances, the actual position of the nodule. The three actual mark points are positioned and determined in the thoracic cavity of the patient by means of triangulation. The anatomical mark points can be used as reference points, and by means of a relative relationship between the projection point of the nodule and the anatomical mark points, nodule positioning and resection can be guided. Therefore, the operation of preoperative puncture positioning is avoided, thereby reducing operative wounds and operation time, and facilitating postoperative rapid rehabilitation.
