Abstract:

A compound having general formula (I) wherein Ar1 represents optionally substituted phenyl; Ar2 represents optionally substituted phenyl or optionally substituted heterocycle; R0 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; R1 represents lower alkyl; R2 to R5 represent each hydrogen or optionally halogenated alkyl; n is from 0 to 2; p is 0 or 1; q, r and s are each from 0 to 2; and A represents a 4- to 7-membered carbocyle or a 4- to 7-membered heterocycle. The compound shows an excellent antifungal activity.
