Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a tricar chassis device, comprising a front suspension system, a frame, a rear independent suspension system and a wheel hub, wherein front support fixing plates are symmetrically arranged at the front end of the frame; a limiting beam and a front reinforcing cross beam are provided at the lower end of the front portion of the frame; a spiral spring shock absorber lower support is welded between the limiting beam and the front reinforcing cross beam; an auxiliary frame mounting plate is provided on two sides of the rear portion of the frame; a rear stabilization bar cross beam is provided at the lower end of the rear portion of the frame; the front suspension system is rotationally connected to the front support fixing plate, the rear independent suspension system is fixedly connected to the auxiliary frame mounting plate, and the wheel hub is connected to the rear independent suspension system. The riding comfort of a driver is improved; compared with a steel plate spring suspension, a spiral spring has a good impact absorption capability, low noise, and good smoothness; and the problem whereby the difference in smoothness of a single elastic element on one side of a front suspension of an existing tricar when same has no load and a full load is too large is solved.
