Abstract:
Tricyclic compounds represented by general formula (I), pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, and a process for producing the same. In formula (I) X represents -CH=CH-, -CH�2?O- or -O-; R?1� represents lower alkyl; R?2� represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; and n represents an integer of 1 to 5. They have antiallergic and antihistaminic activities with alleviated side effects and hence are useful as an antiallergic and antihistaminic.
