Abstract:
This trigger switch is equipped with: a housing having a storage unit; a trigger connected so as to be capable of approaching and separating from the housing; a contact mechanism part having a movable contact that contacts and separates from a fixed contact in tandem with the approach operation and separation operation of the trigger relative to the housing; and plate-shaped first and second terminals which are electrically connected to the contact mechanism part. The first terminal has a first securing part for connecting and securing a first lead, and a fall prevention part for preventing an axial component from falling by engaging the first lead at a location in the axial direction of the first lead which differs from the first securing part location. The second terminal has a second securing part for connecting and securing the second lead.
