Abstract:
A trimming head rotating component, a polishing pad trimming head (201), and a trimmer (301). An inner ring lower gland (7) is provided in a cavity formed between a transmission film (6) and a grinding base (10), and a universal transmission pin (8) is provided between the inner ring lower gland (7) and the grinding base (10), so as to form a transmission structure of the transmission film (6). Since the transmission film (6) has a deformable characteristic, after a grinding wheel disc (11) provided below the grinding base (10) is in contact with a polishing pad (302), by downwards applying a certain pressure to the trimming head rotating component, the transmission film (6) is deformed with the universal transmission pin (8) as an adjustment fulcrum as the grinding wheel disc (11) is attached to the polishing pad (302), so as to achieve universal adjustment, such that the grinding wheel disc (11) is tightly attached to the polishing pad (302), thereby ensuring the polishing effect of the trimming head (201) on the polishing pad (302).
