Abstract:
The present invention relates to a trocar for single port surgery which is installed at a hole incised in a patient's abdomen through which a laparoscopic surgical instrument is inserted, wherein the trocar comprises: an upper body disposed on the outside of the patient's abdomen, and including an insert hole in which the laparoscopic surgical instrument is inserted; a tubular body formed extending from the bottom of the upper body, having a cross-sectional area that is less than that of the bottom of the upper body, and which is formed of a ductile material so as to closely contact the inner periphery of the hole incised into the abdomen; a lower body formed extending from the bottom of the tubular body, inserted into the hole incised into the abdomen, and positioned inside the patient's abdomen, whereupon the lower body expands to have a cross-sectional area greater than that of the tubular body; and a rigid tubular member provided on the inner periphery of the tubular body, formed of a rigid material so as to reduce friction that can occur when the laparoscopic surgical instrument is inserted into the human body, and which has a bottom portion corresponding to the bottom of the tubular body and increases in cross-sectional area when the laparoscopic surgical instrument is inserted therein.
