Abstract:
A trolley in an ascending type movable formwork. A middle trolley is firstly located at a position at the rear side of the movable formwork and close to a rear longitudinal movement system, and a piston rod of an oil cylinder extends outwards at this time; a driving sliding seat moves upwards under the guide of a guide column; therefore, the sliding seat pushes a main beam to fixedly lift the movable formwork to an elevation position; the movable formwork is subjected to die assembly and casting to form a concrete box girder; the piston rod of the oil cylinder retracts inwards, the movable formwork moves downwards, a longitudinal movement oil cylinder drives the middle trolley to move step by step to the front end of the casted concrete box girder, and when the middle trolley moves close to a middle supporting leg, two limiting plates located above the flanges achieve a limiting effect and prevent the middle trolley from being separated from the main beam. After the middle trolley moves in place, the piston rod of the oil cylinder extends outwards to push the middle portion of the movable formwork to be consistent with the front end and the rear end in height, the phenomenon that equipment is unstable due to excessive force at a termination point is prevented, and the movable formwork is safe and stable when longitudinally moving through a hole later.
