Abstract:
A truck floor manufacturing process, taking bamboo as a raw material, and comprising the steps of slicing, lengthening, sizing, assembling, molding and the like. The bamboo green and the bamboo yellow on the surface are planed by means of rolling type unfolding processing and rough planer processing, and bamboo pieces and roughly planed bamboo strips can be directly used for production and manufacturing without the need to perform secondary accurate width and thickness setting by means of a fine planer. Bamboo resources are utilized to the maximum extent, and the floor strength is ensured. Also disclosed is a truck floor.
