Abstract:
Trunnion plate sections (4b) are formed integrally with trunnion brackets (4) which are mounted to the lower surfaces of opposite ends widthwise of a cross member (10) by fastening members (16). The trunnion plate sections (4b) extend so as to rise upward from the outer surfaces of the trunnion brackets (4) and are mounted to the outer surfaces of webs (5a) of frames (5) by fastening members (17).
