Abstract:
A method of producing a tube having a tube body section forming the outer shell of a flow path and flow path partitioning bodies partitioning the flow path. The method includes a process of roll forming a tube, a process of cutting the tube in a predetermined length after the roll forming process, and a process of brazing tube contact sections of the flow path partitioning section to the inner surface of the tube body section after the cutting process. In the cutting process, incisions are provided in the tube, and stress is concentrated in the incisions to cut the tube with the incisions as starting points. Of the tube body section and the flow path partitioning bodies, only the tube body section is provided with an incision. Alternatively, a portion from the tube body section to the tube contact section of the flow path partitioning section is provided with the incision.
