Abstract:
The inventive tumbling mill comprises a body in the form of a drum (1) provided with end lids (2, 3), supports (5, 6), a loading and a forced unloading unit arranged on the opposite ends and the mill drive. Said invention is characterised in that the body of the mill is fixed in a cantilever manner to the end (10) of a shaft (4) with the aid of the end lid (3)¿ ?thereof. Said shaft (4) is arranged on the supports (5, 6) which are embodied in the form of rolling bearings and fixed to a bearer frame (16) of the mill. The opposite end of the shaft (4) is coupled to the drive. The unloading unit removes grist from the working volume of the body through the end lid (3) thereof towards the shaft (4) on a radius which is greater than the radius of the shaft. The loading unit is embodied in the form of a neck (9) disposed in the centre of the opposite end lid (2) of the body. The shaft (4) is embodied in a hollow form and the end lid (3) fixed thereto is embodied in a three-dimensional form and incorporated into the sidewall of the drum (1) and is welded thereto. A cylindrical barrel (13) is welded to the centre of the lid (3) and fixed to the end (10) of the shaft (4), the unloading unit being arranged inside said lid (3). A reflecting disc (31) is fixed to the external end of the cylindrical barrel (13), an unloading groove (32) being disposed under said disc.
