Abstract:
Tumor vaccines containing the following components: (1) fine particles prepared from a solidified tumor material selected from the group consisting of tumor tissues, tumor cells and constituents thereof or a dissolved matter prepared from the tumor material; (2) at least one cytokine and/or cytokine-inducing agent; (c) at least one chemokine and/or chemokine-inducing agent; and (d) myeloid cells and/or blood cells. These vaccines are widely applicable to the prevention of recurrence or treatment of tumors regardless of tumor type, thereby achieving favorable therapeutic effects.
