Disclosed are a tunnel boring machine cutter disc, a tunnel boring machine comprising the tunnel boring machine cutter disc, and a cutter replacement method applied to the tunnel boring machine cutter disc. The tunnel boring machine cutter disc comprises a cutter disc body; a mounting hole penetrates the cutter disc body; the mounting hole is provided with freezing portions (11), and the freezing portions (11) are connected to a driving device used for driving the freezing portions (11) to extend out of or retract to the cutter disc body; the freezing portions (11) are connected to a freezing pipeline (12) used to provide a freezing medium to inside of the freezing portions (11). In the present tunnel boring machine cutter disc, since the retractable freezing portions (11) are provided, during a cutter replacement or maintenance operation, the freezing portions (11) may perform insertion point freezing on soil at a front end of a tunnel surface to form a freezing separation layer, thereby improving the strength and stability of the soil at the tunnel surface, and providing a safe and convenient operating environment for the cutter replacement operation. At the same time, since the freezing portions (11) extend out of the cutter disc body to perform the freezing operation, the freezing of the steel structure of the cutter disc may be reduced, and the ineffective operation of the breaking of soil of frozen earth may be reduced and decreased.
