Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tunnel precast lining assembly structure and a method therefor. A precast lining of the assembly structure is formed by assembling precast lining arc plates which are divided into multiple rings in a longitudinal direction and are radially divided into multiple pieces in a circumferential direction; a reserved hole passing through in a longitudinal direction is provided on the precast lining arc plate, a high-strength screw rod is inserted into the reserved hole, and the high-strength screw rods on two longitudinally-adjacent precast lining arc plates are connected by means of a high-strength connector provided at a connection position, so that the two longitudinally-adjacent precast lining arc plates are assembled. In the present invention, precast linings are used so that industrialized production can be achieved; the precast linings are connected by providing high-strength screw rods in reserved holes, so that convenient connection and fixation can be ensured; with the assistance of precise measurement control, assembly of the precast linings can be completed quickly, and the assembly procession of the precast linings is ensured.
