Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a tunneling-type centrifugal intelligent concrete structure construction apparatus, comprising: a propulsive tunneling device, which is used for performing tunneling construction on rocks and foundations and collecting broken stones, sand materials, soil materials and water; a centrifugal screening device, which is used for performing centrifugal screening and classified collection on the collected broken stones, sand materials, soil materials and water; an intelligent material compounding device, which is used for coordinating the mass and fineness of the classified broken stones, sand materials, soil materials and water, adding a cementing material, an auxiliary material, an additive and an exciting agent, and stirring and mixing same to obtain a mixed wet material; a centrifugal printing device, which is used for pumping and extruding the mixed wet material, and printing, compacting and forming same by utilizing a centrifugal rotating outer cylinder; and an intelligent reinforcement device, which is used for performing integral reinforcement by using the methods of laying reinforcing bars on a wall and inserting reinforcing bars at fixed positions during the centrifugal printing process. By means of the apparatus, closed type additive intelligent concrete structure construction in underground, underwater and extreme construction environments can be achieved, and the technical dilemma of the insufficient engineering application range of an open-type additive manufacturing technique is solved.
