Abstract:
The present invention provides a turbine rotor blade and the like with which it is possible to improve durability of a contact surface and enhance blade reliability. This turbine rotor blade is equipped with a blade body and a tip shroud provided to the tip of the blade body, wherein: the tip shroud has a contact block that is disposed to face an adjacent tip shroud; and the contact block has a base material, an oxidation-resistant coat laminated on the surface of the base material, and a contact film laminated on the surface of the oxidation-resistant coat.
