Abstract:
The present invention cooperatively performs turn-waiting management and management of the usage situation of equipment and increases the convenience of congestion management. A turn management system (1000) that manages turn-waiting at a facility and comprises: a first storage unit (110) that holds a turn-waiting list that includes information on the status of turn-waiting groups at the facility; a second storage unit (110) that holds information that is provided to turn-waiting customers whose turns have arrived on the usage situation of a plurality of pieces of equipment at the facility; a first display unit (216) that displays information on the turn-waiting list; a second display unit (216) that displays information on the arrangement and usage situation of each piece of equipment; an input unit (215) that selects a turn-waiting group whose turn has arrived from the turn-waiting list displayed by the first display unit (216) and accepts an operation that assigns the selected turn-waiting group to one of the pieces of equipment displayed by the second display unit (216); and a management unit (120) that, on the basis of the operation, updates the status of the selected turn-waiting group to guidance-complete and updates the usage situation of the equipment to which the turn-waiting group has been assigned to in-use.
