Abstract:
Disclosed is a twenty-roller intermediate roller pushing device, comprising a horizontally-arranged intermediate roller (1) which is mounted in a rolling mill box body, wherein the front end and the rear end of the intermediate roller (1) are respectively located between a front door (2) and a rear door (3) of the rolling mill box body, a hole A (21) penetrating the front door (2) of the rolling mill box body is provided at the front end of the intermediate roller (1) on the front door (2) of the rolling mill box body, a piston rod A (22) abutting against the front end of the intermediate roller (1) passes through the hole A (21), a roller pushing cylinder A (23) affiliated to the piston rod A (22) is fixedly arranged on the front door of the rolling mill box body, a displacement sensor A (4) is arranged on the roller pushing cylinder A (23), and the rear door (3) of the rolling mill box body is provided with the components above by way of being symmetrical to the front door (2) of the rolling mill box body. As the roller pushing cylinder A (23) and a roller pushing cylinder B (33) abutting against the intermediate roller (1) are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the intermediate roller (1), the device uses the displacement sensor A (4) and a displacement sensor B (5) to realize synchronous action of the roller pushing cylinder A (23) and the roller pushing cylinder B (33).
