Abstract:
A twisted-layer spiral fin condenser, comprising at least two planar spiral fin tube sets (1), a planar tube set fixing support (2), a base connecting support (3) and a base (4); the at least two planar spiral fin tube sets (1) are formed by integrally bending and twisting one spiral fin tube with a multi-layer space structure; each planar spiral fin tube set (1) is formed by integrally bending the coplanar spiral fin tubes with an S-shaped multi-layer space structure; a twisted included angle between every two planar spiral fin tube sets (1) is 10°-180°. The twisted-layer structure coordinates with a multi-layer honeycomb structure and air holes on the spiral fins (11) to allow air flow to be easily formed into turbulent flow when the condenser is operating, and reverse flow is formed in an air flow direction and a refrigerant flowing direction, accelerating heat dissipation. In addition, twisted layer manufacturing has a low level of difficulty and a low rejection rate, improving production efficiency.
