Abstract:
A twisted tube heat exchanger with corrosion-protected water tubes and a manufacturing method for twisted tube heat exchangers. A twisted tube heat exchanger comprises: a water tube that is made of copper, that is provided with a helical groove on the outer circumference, and through which water flows; a metal layer that is formed from titanium or an austenitic stainless steel and that covers the inner face of the water tube; and a refrigerant tube that is wound on the outside of the water tube along the groove and through which refrigerant to perform heat exchange with the water flows.
