Abstract:
A two-channel burner and a multi-channel single-cone burner. The two-channel burner comprises a pulverized coal supply mechanism (1), a transition channel (2), an inner secondary airflow guide tube (3), an outer secondary airflow guide tube (4), a burning stabilization cavity (5), and a flow smoothing cavity (6). The outer secondary airflow guide tube (4), the burning stabilization cavity (5), and the flow smoothing cavity (6) are sequentially connected to form a main body of the burner. The pulverized coal supply mechanism (1) passes through an interior of the main body of the burner. The transition channel (2) is fitted on the pulverized coal supply mechanism (1). The inner secondary airflow guide tube (3) is disposed between the transition channel (2) and the outer secondary airflow guide tube (4), and forms an inner secondary airflow channel together with the transition channel (2), and forms an outer secondary airflow channel together with the outer secondary airflow guide tube (4). An outlet end of the inner secondary airflow guide tube (3) is formed to have a flared opening, and an angle of the flared opening is the same as an angle of the burning stabilization cavity (5). The device can divide air into an inner secondary airflow and an outer secondary airflow which separately enter into the burner, such that the pulverized coal and the air are sufficiently mixed. The outer secondary airflow can form, within the burning stabilization cavity (5), a cooling air layer along a wall surface of the burning stabilization cavity (5), thereby preventing soot formation and coking on the wall surface of the burning stabilization cavity (5).
