Abstract:
Disclosed is a two-component thermal storage potting material, comprising the following components in parts by weight: component A: 20-70 parts of a resin and 20-70 parts of a phase change material; and component B: 20-70 parts of a resin curing agent and 20-70 parts of a phase change material, wherein component A and component B are in a weight ratio of 1:1, and the phase change materials in component A and component B are a graphite adsorption phase change energy storage powder or an aerogel adsorption phase change energy storage powder. The two-component thermal storage potting material obtained from the above formulation has the following properties: specific heat capacity (J/(g·K))≥2.0; phase change enthalpy (J/g) of about 30-180, which is the endothermic value; phase change temperature (℃) 25-90; specific gravity (g/cc): 0.8-1.8; surface drying time: 15-25 min; initial curing time: 1-2 h; complete curing time≥24 h; and shear strength (aluminum/aluminum)≥4 MPA. The two-component thermal storage potting material prepared using the above formulation, and the preparation method therefor, of the present invention has excellent thermal storage and temperature control performance by virtue of the phase change material releasing latent heat of phase change.
