Abstract:
The inventive two-fold frame umbrella consists of a rod (1) provided with a handle (3) and a head (5), a collar (4) which is arranged on the rod (1) in such a way that it is longitudinally displaceable and a two-fold frame (2) which encompasses the rod (1) and is pivotally connected to the head (5) and the collar (4). Said two-fold frame is formed by ribs consisting of pivotally interconnected drag bars and arms. Each rib of the fold frame (2) consists of an elastic drag wire (27) which is pivotally connected to the umbrella head (5) by one end thereof, to the arm (31) of an end rib (32) by the other end thereof and to a first section arm (28) by the middle section thereof. Said first section arm (28) is connected to the collar (4) and pivotally connected to the arm (31) of the end rib (32) by means of an additional (33) and intermediate (34) drag bars. Said end rib (32) is provided with a clamp (35) which embraces the elastic drag wire (27) and the additional drag bar (33).
