Abstract:
A two-level three-phase voltage source inverter bridge arm open-circuit fault diagnosis method, relating to the technical field of on-line diagnosis. The method comprises: collecting three-phase current data output by an inverter at the current time point, and updating three-phase current vectors; constructing Gram matrixes between every two phases of current vectors according to the three-phase current vectors; calculating feature values and feature vectors of the Gram matrixes to obtain a feature vector matrix, and obtaining the similarity between phase currents according to a ratio of the absolute value of the minimum element to the absolute value of the maximum element in the feature vector matrix; comparing the similarity between the phase currents with a set threshold value, obtaining a feature quantity representing a fault at the current time point, and obtaining an open-circuit fault diagnosis result at the current time point according to the feature quantity. The two-level three-phase voltage source inverter bridge arm open-circuit fault diagnosis method has the advantages of low cost, small calculated amount, high detection speed, and high robustness, provides a basis for fault-tolerant control of a motor driving system, and improves the reliability of the system.
