Abstract:
A two-line punctured neon lamp with longitudinal groove comprising a core string, a light-emitting body, connecting wires and a sheath material. The cross section of the core is circular or square. A bore is formed longitudinally in the lower part of the core string, which when scraped open will become the longitudinal groove to accommodate pins of the light-emitting body, connecting wires and electric elements. A longitudinal slot is provided on the upper surface of the core string, positioning the core string on a puncturing mould with the longitudinal groove during puncturing process to ensure that the puncturing directions are identical and copper twisted lines are not broken. A series of transverse holes are provided in the core string in the transverse direction thereto, for a accommodating the light- emitting body. The shape of the sheath material can be circular, square, or polygonal. The present invention has the advantages of cost saving and convenience in producing.
