Abstract:
As a two-sided adhesive sheet for use in bonding two structural members for an image display device, the two-sided adhesive sheet having exceptional adhesive performance such as step absorption, adhesive strength, and bonding reliability, and permitting the structural members for an image display device to be detached by a cooling operation, provided is a two-sided adhesive sheet in which the ratio (E'/G') of the tensile storage modulus (E') and the shear storage modulus (G') is 5.0 or higher, the peak temperature (T1) of the loss tangent (Tanδ) obtained by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement in shear mode at a frequency of 1 Hz is −10°C or lower, the peak temperature (T2) of the loss tangent (Tanδ) obtained by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement in tensile mode at a frequency of 1 Hz is −10°C or higher (where, when two or more peak temperatures are observed, the higher temperature is taken to be peak temperature (T2)), and the 180° peel adhesive strength of adherend surfaces of the two structural members of the image display device at 23°C is 5 N/20 mm or higher.
