Abstract:
The present invention relates to a two solenoid valve relay two-stage fuel injection valve for diesel engines, which is installed at the valve itself to inject fuel at a pressure higher than a release pressure entering the fuel valve for a better fuel injection performance; has a configuration to enable the control of an injection time point of the release pressure within the valve; sets the injection time points with the solenoid valve at the time of a low load and a high load, respectively, to create a noticeable difference in those injection time points such that the nozzle hole of a nozzle is open differentially at a pressure higher than the pressure entering the fuel valve as well as the spring release pressure, thereby enabling a high-pressure injection even in the case of a low-speed or low-load operation to facilitate the evaporation and enabling a fast, large-amount fuel injection through a large number of nozzle holes by opening low-pressure/high-pressure needle valves at the same time in the case of a high-speed or high-load operation, leading to an improved combustion performance of the engine; and is advantageous for reducing fuel consumption and harmful gases (smoke, NOx) by differentially and sequentially opening the nozzle holes according to a pressure and thus minimizing the spaces between the needle valves having been closed after the injection and the nozzle holes.
