Abstract:
A two-stage serial cycloid ball reducer comprises a first stage input shaft (21), a housing I (18), a cross-like disk I (17), a planetary disk I (16), steel ball groups (42, 43, 44), an end cover I (19), a second stage input shaft (15), an end cover disk (14), a planetary disk II (11), a cross-like disk II (33), a central disk (10), steel ball groups (45, 46, 47), a second stage output shaft (3), a housing II(48), an end cover II (1), a preload nut (39), support bearings, and so on. The reducer uses a basic structure of a K-H-V two-stage serial planetary transmission with a small tooth number difference, uses inner and outer cycloid slots on end faces of the central disk and a planetary disk as a tooth profile, and uses steel balls as an intermediary to implement engagement transmission. A backlash is eliminated by contacting the steel balls with four corners of the cycloid slots. Moreover, a backlash-free cross-like steel ball mechanism with a constant speed is provided. The reducer has advantages of a simple structure, a small volume, zero backlash, high transmission precision, low impact, and a large transmission ratio.
