Abstract:
A two-step ball milling method, comprising: ball milling by a first ball mill and ball milling by a second ball mill; the ball milling by the first ball mill being performed for 8-11 hours using four types of medium-high aluminum balls with different diameters, and the ball milling by the second ball mill being performed for 2-4 hours using four types of medium-high aluminum balls with different diameters. Modified titanium dioxide is added to the medium-high aluminum balls to improve the performance of the medium-high aluminum balls, so that the medium-high aluminum balls have high hardness, high wear resistance, and high temperature resistance, and can perform effective ball milling on materials in the ball mills. The two-step ball milling method can achieve effective ball milling on ceramic tile slurry after the two-step ball milling, and the ceramic tile slurry after the two-step ball milling is 300-350 mesh.
