Abstract:
A two-valve control circuit of a water replenishing valve of a wet type slag extractor of a power plant, comprising a No.1 water replenishing solenoid valve main circuit, a No.2 water replenishing solenoid valve main circuit, a No.1 water replenishing solenoid valve control loop and a No.2 water replenishing solenoid valve control loop. Two sets of solenoid valves are controlled by means of the control loops, and each solenoid valve is controlled by multiple water level signals. When the water levels of the slag extractor are different, the number of started solenoid valves is different, and the number of solenoid valves which need to be started may be controlled according to the water levels of the slag extractor, thereby effectively solving the problem of a ball float valve and a radar water level gauge having an inaccurate water level measurement and delayed or excessive water replenishing due to impurities, scum, mud and other elements contained in water, and avoiding problems such as: when a slag extractor lacks water due to a water replenishing problem, a furnace loses negative pressure, the opening of an induced draft fan is increased, a large amount of cold air enters the furnace and affects combustion in the furnace, and excessive cold air enters the furnace and causes the coking of a heating surface and the overproof of environmental protection parameters of flue gas, thereby causing a tube panel to burst, and a series of problems having a serious impact on the safety of equipment and people.
