Abstract:
Disclosed are inorganic/lignose type polymer composite nanoparticles, preparation method therefor and application thereof. The preparation method comprises: adding an activating agent into a basic alkaline lignose solution first, then adding a carboxylating agent and reacting to obtain a carboxylated alkaline lignose; dissolving a phosphorylating agent into water, adding epichlorohydrin and reacting to obtain a hydroxyl phosphate type compound; mixing the carboxylated alkaline lignose and the hydroxyl phosphate type compound and reacting to obtain a lignose type polymer; adding an inorganic nanoparticle suspension into the lignose type polymer and adding an acid to codeposition to obtain the product after ageing and drying. The composite nanoparticles overcome the disadvantages of easy agglomeration, high price and poor compatibility with high polymer materials of inorganic nanoparticles. The composite nanoparticles obtained have low cost, uniform particle size and much better dispersibility and compatibility with high polymer materials than that of organic nanoparticles, and can remarkably improve the mechanical properties of high polymer materials such as plastics and rubbers, and have broad application foreground.
