Abstract:
A U-shaped steel plate bending apparatus, comprising an L-shaped installation plate (1), a supporting member and driving member provided at an inner side of the L-shaped installation plate (1). The supporting member is mainly composed of a blocking plate (2) and an L-shaped work platform (4), and a workpiece to be processed is provided between the two. The driving member is provided on the supporting member portion, and performs driving mainly via two hydraulic cylinders (8, 9). The driving member of the bending apparatus adopts a hydraulic cylinder, has a small volume and a large force. A steel plate is bent by the forward and reverse action of two cylinders, and then a motor (6) rotates to drive a square rolling plate (12) to rotate, and bending is performed on another side of the steel plate; these two steps form a U-shaped steel plate (10) in one pass with good machining quality and high efficiency.
