Abstract:
Provided is a communication control method pertaining to control signal management when a PLMN change is performed during application of congestion management. When the PLMN change is performed during startup of a back-off timer received together with a reason value for the congestion management, reconnection is executed on the basis of reconnection permission information for a PDU session announced through the network. Specifically, the reconnection is executed on the basis of information transmitted from the network, when a signal traffic path via the PLMN in which the UE is located is permitted in the reconnection permission information for the PDU session.
