Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a communication method which uses the ATSSS function or eATSSS function and takes UE capability and/or the 5GC capability and/or a UE request or the like into consideration, as a result of: transmission by a UE to a core network of a PDU session establishment request message which includes information expressing that the UE supports the eATSSS function for communicating using two SA PDU sessions configured from a first SA PDU session using 3GPP access and a second SA PDU session using non-3GPP access, information expressing that the UE supports the ATSSS-LL function, and information expressing that the UE supports the MPTCP function; and verification thereby that the SA PDU sessions for the eATSSS function have been established upon receiving, from the core network, a PDU session establishment acceptance message which includes the ATSSS container IE which includes the ATSSS rule which includes the steering function expressing the eATSSS function.
