Abstract:
A preparation method for an ultra-high toughness cement-based composite material for roads. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding cement and water inside a preparation device, and uniformly mixing and stirring same; S2, then adding lightweight fine aggregate, a water-reducing agent, a defoaming agent and water, and continuously stirring same until the materials reach a flowing state; and S3, finally feeding organic polymer fibers, and stirring same to uniformly disperse same in the materials, so as to obtain an ultra-high toughness cement-based composite material. The preparation device comprises a supporting frame (1), wherein a stirring tank (6) is arranged on the supporting frame (1), a sealing cover (7) is arranged on the stirring tank (6), and a power mechanism (2) is arranged on the supporting frame (1); and a stirring mechanism (3) driven by means of the power mechanism (2) is arranged on the stirring tank (6). The preparation method can improve a working environment, prevent cement dust from rising, and can also avoid the impact of dry matter on the preparation quality of a material.
