Abstract:
An ultra-low-temperature medium dynamic sealing test device, comprising a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, a sliding platform (5.2), a servo motor assembly, and a sensor assembly. A tested seal (1.5) is installed in the stator, and a dynamic sealing test structure is formed by an insulated stator and a vacuum rotor (2.1) in cooperation; the seal (1.5) and a shaft bushing (2.2) is replaceable flexibly, so as to facilitate the studying the influence of different seal types, structures, and surface textures on the seal characteristics; and the servo motor provides power for the vacuum rotor (2.1) and realizes speed control. The device greatly improves the thermal insulation capacity and avoids the evaporation and gasification of a ultra-low temperature medium caused by external heat transfer, so that the stability of the test device is ensured, the purpose of testing different seal structures under different working conditions are achieved, thereby achieving comprehensive, accurate and efficient testing of the dynamic sealing characteristics for ultra-low temperature media.
