Abstract:
An ultra-low-thermal-input fast-frequency welding repair method for a large blade. The method comprises the following steps: putting a large blade repair piece into a protective gas uniform distribution apparatus for fixation; a manipulator carrying a welding gun to enter the protective gas uniform distribution apparatus; adjusting the positions, postures, etc. of the manipulator and the welding gun, and setting welding parameters; a fast-frequency pulse welding power source performing no-load output; starting the welding repair; during a welding repair process, a welding image defect recognition system performing welding image collection and analyzing whether there is a welding defect in real time, and adjusting the welding parameters according to the welding defect type and the defect severity level; and after the welding repair is finished, the fast-frequency pulse welding power source and a wire feeding apparatus stopping the output.
