Abstract:
An ultradeep vertical well annularly distributed frictional lifting system, comprising a friction wheel (130), a left guide wheel (121), a right guide wheel (122), a left lifting container (151), a right lifting container (152), a balancing rope (160), a tension adjustment system (170), composite wheel sets (141, 142, 143, 144, 145, and 146), steel wire ropes (111, 112, 113, 114, 115, and 116), a roller (180), and a steel wire rope engaging fitting (190). The composite wheel sets (141,142,143,144,145, and 146) are annularly distributed around the friction wheel (130). The tension of each steel wire rope is adjusted by adjusting the positions of B composite wheels (141-2, 142-2, 143-2, 144-2, 145-2, and 146-2) in the composite wheel sets, a reduction in the bending stress for a friction wheel shaft is favored, thus solving the problem of excessive bending stress for the friction wheel shaft in a conventional frictional lifting system, obviating the need to provide a conventional container tension balancing apparatus, effectively overcoming the problem of tension imbalance as a result of a displacement difference of different steel wire ropes and the problem of a great weight added by the conventional container tension balancing apparatus; and at the same time, the range for positional adjustments of the composite wheels is large, thus preventing the problem of a small adjustment range of a hydraulic tension balancing apparatus conventionally connected to a container.
