Abstract:
An ultrahigh-strength reinforcing bar and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. In one specific embodiment, an ultrahigh-strength reinforcing bar comprises: 0.10-0.45 wt% of carbon (C), 0.5-1.0 wt% of silicon (Si); 0.40-1.80 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.10-1.0 wt% of chromium (Cr); vanadium (V) in an amount greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.2 wt%; copper (Cu) in an amount greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.4 wt%; molybdenum (Mo) in an amount greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.5 wt%; 0.015-0.070 wt% of aluminum (Al); nickel (Ni) in an amount greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.25 wt%; tin (Sn) in an amount greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.1 wt%; phosphorus (P) in an amount greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.05 wt%; sulfur (S) in an amount greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.03 wt%; 0.005-0.02 wt% of nitrogen (N); and the balance of iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities.
