Abstract:
The present invention simply and readily discharges a liquid remaining in an atomization compartment, and makes it simple to wipe away foreign matter adhered to the surface of an ultrasonic vibrator, thereby maintaining high atomization efficiency. This ultrasonic atomization device comprises an atomization compartment 4 that generates a mist from a liquid by ultrasonic vibration, an ultrasonic vibrator 1 that ultrasonically vibrates a liquid W in the atomization compartment 4, and a fixing part 2 in which a vibration surface 1a of the ultrasonic vibrator 1 is disposed in the liquid in the atomization compartment 4. A submerged exposed portion 2a of the fixing part 2 is disposed on the same plane as the vibration surface 1a of the ultrasonic vibrator 1 without protruding therefrom.
