Abstract:
An ultrasonic auxiliary precision forging device, comprising an upper concave die (2), a lower concave die (25), an upper punch (12), a lower punch (23), an upper ultrasonic vibration mechanism and a lower ultrasonic vibration mechanism. The ultrasonic vibration mechanisms pass through punch cushion sleeves (4, 15) and through grooves in the middle of templates (5, 16) and are then fixedly connected to the punches (12, 23); luffing rods (8, 19) transmit the amplified ultrasonic vibrations to the punches, and then the punches transmit the vibrations to a blank. According to the present invention, the frequency, the amplitude and the vibration mode of the ultrasonic vibration, and the shape and the size of the punches are changed to suit precision forging of various products. Further disclosed is an ultrasonic auxiliary precision forging method, which greatly improves the plastic deformation capability of a metal and the metal filling property, reducing the friction force between the blank and the dies, refining the grain structure, reducing the roughness of the formed surface, improving the demolding capability of a forge piece, achieving a wide applicability range, and improving the material utilization rate and the production pass rate.
