Abstract:
A control method for an ultrasonic curing apparatus (10). The ultrasonic curing apparatus (10) comprises a container (110), an ultrasonic transducer (120), and an ultrasonic generator (130); the container (110) is used for containing a curing liquid and food to be cured; the ultrasonic transducer (120) is fixed on the outside of the bottom surface of the container (110); the ultrasonic generator (130) is connected to the ultrasonic transducer (120). The control method comprises: obtaining an ultrasonic parameter of the ultrasonic curing apparatus (10) (S102); and controlling the ultrasonic curing apparatus (10) to operate according to the ultrasonic parameter (S104), wherein the ultrasonic parameter comprises sound intensity exerted by the ultrasonic transducer (120) on the outside of the bottom surface of the container (110), and the sound intensity is set to be 0.2 W/cm2-1.9 W/cm2. According to the control method, the curing duration required for food can be further shortened, and the curing efficiency of the food can be improved.
