Title:
ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS DEVICE, AND BLOOD VESSEL DETECTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/105197
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An ultrasonic diagnosis device (150) for detecting a blood vessel of interest in a subject on the basis of a reflected ultrasonic wave obtained from the subject using an ultrasonic probe, which comprises: a B-mode image generation unit (104) for generating a tomography image of the subject on the basis of a reflected ultrasonic wave; a blood flow image generation unit (105) for generating blood flow information that shows a blood flow region in the subject on the tomography image on the basis of a reflected ultrasonic wave; and a blood flow region determination unit (106) for analyzing the blood flow information generated by the blood flow image generation unit (105) to thereby determine whether or not the blood flow region is a blood flow region corresponding to the blood vessel of interest.
