Abstract:
An ultrasonic echo imaging method. After an ultrasonic image is obtained, multiple layers of tissue media are distinguished from a part scanned by an ultrasonic probe on basis of the ultrasonic image, and the actual ultrasonic propagation velocities of ultrasonic waves in the multiple layers of tissue media are determined; the ultrasonic image is corrected according to the actual ultrasonic propagation velocities so as to obtain an ultrasonic image which is capable of more accurately representing position information of tissues in the part. Ultrasonic image distortion is avoided, and true sizes of the tissues in the part can be more accurately reflected by the ultrasonic image. An ultrasonic echo imaging system and ultrasonic equipment have the same beneficial effects as the ultrasonic echo imaging method.
