Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultrasonic friction welding formation method for a large-size amorphous alloy. The method comprises the following steps: step one, machining surfaces to be welded of a first amorphous alloy (1) and a second amorphous alloy (2) so that same are provided with microstructures (3); step two, clamping and fixing the first amorphous alloy (1) and the second amorphous alloy (2), which are provided with the microstructures (3) in step one, on an ultrasonic welding system; and step three, respectively setting parameters of an ultrasonic apparatus, a main rotary motion apparatus and a pressure apparatus in the ultrasonic welding system, and turning on the ultrasonic welding system to finish friction welding of the first amorphous alloy (1) and the second amorphous alloy (2).
